Senior Consulting Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a team of claims specialists in advising and assisting the project owners and contractors on claims matters
  • Project commercial issues and disputes on various industrial projects
  • Provide claims preparation and analysis
  • Provide forensic project scheduling and administration
  • Advise the team on contract interpretation, claims management, claims assessment methodologies and claim resolution strategies
  • Provide reports on claim development progress
  • Coordinating with all concerned parties involved in the project to generate a consolidated claim package

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10-15 years experience in the construction field
  • Professional Engineer license, preferred
  • An advanced degree and/or industry certifications such as Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), preferred
  • Experienced in delay and disruption analyses, scheduling, direct costs and prolongation costs
  • Fluent in communication and report writing skills
  • Able to strategically plan the methodology and approach for claim settlement

 Claims Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support a team of claims specialists in advising and assisting the project owners and contractors on claims matters
  • Project commercial issues and disputes on various industrial projects
  • Assist in claims preparation and analysis
  • Research, analyze, and forensically interpret project data and report to claims team
  • Potential temporary allocation to project sites for coordination meetings

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 3-5 Years of experience in Construction with exposure to project management, construction claims, and/or dispute resolution
  • Fluent in English, and Arabic (preferable)
  • Basic knowledge of project scheduling/ planning principles
