Our global team is supported by the expertise of nearly 200 Engineers from various disciplines located in Lebanon, the Gulf and South Korea. In addition, TIC Projects Management WLL also outsources some of its engineering works to well-established engineering design offices worldwide thereby increasing our ability to successfully handle engineering-related works in a timely and coordinated manner.
Founder of T.I. Capital, he is responsible for the overall strategic vision of the fund. He is a director in three of T.I Capital’s portfolio companies. A multi-dimensional international business specialist, Ziad has spent more than 10 years before establishing T.I Capital in the Oil and Gas industry. He was instrumental in transforming Falcon International, a vertically integrated oil company, into a globally diversified holding company. As a third generation “Oil Man,” Ziad’s primary focus was on structuring oil ventures using his extensive network of contacts around the Globe. In addition to his posts at T.I. Capital and Falcon International, Ziad maintains the title of president at a number of other companies worldwide.
Ziad graduated from Pepperdine University with degrees in both business and political science. He later graduated from Pepperdine prestigious PKE (Presidential and Key Executive) MBA program. Currently he is working on his doctorate degree in Organizational Change.
Reflects a broad and extensive experience in various business environments. For 30 years, his domain of expertise spanned across trading, contracting, building materials and Oil & Gas industries.
Mr. Mikati is an Economics graduate from the American University of Beirut. In 1980, he joined the Amiantit group of companies in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Since 1984, he has been member of our group starting both as Sales Manager for the Building Material division and in charge of related manufacturing divisions. He regularly secured very large barter deals with Eastern Europe countries such as Poland and Romania.
In 1991 he was appointed as “Owner’s Representative” for the construction of a 45,000 CBM refined products tank farm and loading terminal, a state of the art facility, in north Lebanon. In 2005 he established and very successfully grew our Qatari operations “Conapro Dena Bms” – An operation and maintenance company specialized in marine oil terminals and support vessels. Conapro, with the cooperation of Seacor Environmental Services and under the supervision of USAID, helped in the cleanup of this Century’s worst marine disaster in the Mediterranean that was caused in 2006 by the Israeli attack on Lebanon.
In 2008 he was appointed to his current position as President of the Group’s GCC operations where he directs our head offices in Khobar, Saudi Arabia and in Manama, Bahrain.
Started his career with Ansaldo GIA in the rehabilitation of the power sector in Lebanon. As an electrical engineer, he was responsible for the rehabilitation and commissioning of the power block in Jieh Thermal Power Plant. Later he was transferred to join the start up team. During that period Ahmad also performed the commissioning and setting of the protection systems in the hydraulic power plants (Leuis Arash and Abdel Aal Hydraulic Power Plants). After the completion of the rehabilitation project, he was employed by Ansaldo Energia to supervise the construction of electrical equipments in Zahrani Combined Cycle Power Plant 450 MW. He was nominated by the Site Manager to be fully responsible for all electrical construction activities in the electrical control building of the power plant. Later, he was employed by PSM “Power Services & Management Company” to occupy the position of the Operations Manager for Both CCPPs (Zahrani & Deir Aamar 2*450 MW). Being also a Quality Manager, he was able with his team to obtain the ISO 9001:2000 license for PSM during a very short period.
In 2008, Ahmad joined TIC Projects Management WLL as Projects Manager where he focused on developing the company’s activities relating to power and water projects and currently handles all projects in this field. In addition to holding a Master’s degree in power engineering, Ahmad has attended many courses and conferences in Project Management, Operation and Maintenance Management, QA/QC as well as HSE Management in Lebanon and Gulf Area.
Rafique is a veteran engineer with 32 years experience, focused on project management. He graduated from Metro State University in Denver, Colorado in 1982, majoring in Civil Engineering, where he had already been recruited by Saudi Aramco. Until 1990, Rafique worked on managing communication projects. After that he moved to manage pipelines and producing projects, which included variety of mega oil and gas projects.
Rafique’s career advancement took him to retirement as Sr. Project Manager where he successfully completed Saudi Aramco’s first offshore gas project, Karan Gas. During his career, Rafique participated in many focused task groups with objective initiatives to improve project teams performance and cost optimization. He joined TIC Projects Management WLL as a Sr. Consultant on all facets of project management, and tasked with expanding TIC Projects Management WLL’s project management base services to cover all elements of the field.
From holding a position at a marketing team of South Korea’s premier engineering company, Paul’s achievement in broadening business opportunities landed him a career with one of the most prominent names in the oil and gas EPC world based in Seoul where he later became the General Manager of International Business Development Group.
During a time-honored 23 years at this company, Paul’s expertise, combined with the exposure to the robust international markets in the Middle East, Asia and South America allowed him to play a major role in fast-tracking the company’s development to become a major global EPC player. Thereafter, he took up the position of Country Managers in various GCC countries until he joined TIC Projects Management WLL as Marketing Director.
With over 30 years of professional experience and insight in the Middle East and GCC relating to the oil and gas contracting industry, Paul focuses on bringing to TIC Projects Management WLL customized services for expanding business opportunities in new markets through integrating his experience and knowledge with a broad network with the industry leaders.

Nasser El Ghossaini
Joined in 2011, Nasser is part of the new generation of employees at TIC Projects Management WLL. Nasser started his career with one of the most prominent industrial contractors in Saudi Arabia as a field engineer, where he had the opportunity to work on various projects that included refineries and petrochemical plants. During this period, Nasser was exposed to various aspects of project development from field engineering, construction, material control, dispute resolution and claims settlement.
Currently, Nasser leads TIC Projects Management WLL’s Business Development team, working on several prospective business opportunities. Nasser holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
