Senior Consulting Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of claims specialists in advising and assisting the project owners and contractors on claims matters
- Project commercial issues and disputes on various industrial projects
- Provide claims preparation and analysis
- Provide forensic project scheduling and administration
- Advise the team on contract interpretation, claims management, claims assessment methodologies and claim resolution strategies
- Provide reports on claim development progress
- Coordinating with all concerned parties involved in the project to generate a consolidated claim package
REQUIREMENTS
- 10-15 years experience in the construction field
- Professional Engineer license, preferred
- An advanced degree and/or industry certifications such as Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), preferred
- Experienced in delay and disruption analyses, scheduling, direct costs and prolongation costs
- Fluent in communication and report writing skills
- Able to strategically plan the methodology and approach for claim settlement
Claims Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support a team of claims specialists in advising and assisting the project owners and contractors on claims matters
- Project commercial issues and disputes on various industrial projects
- Assist in claims preparation and analysis
- Research, analyze, and forensically interpret project data and report to claims team
- Potential temporary allocation to project sites for coordination meetings
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 3-5 Years of experience in Construction with exposure to project management, construction claims, and/or dispute resolution
- Fluent in English, and Arabic (preferable)
- Basic knowledge of project scheduling/ planning principles
Senior Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and dispatch tasks among team members and follow up on their performance.
- Supervise and train the team members to achieve set targets and to ensure an optimal performance within the department.
- Review and analyze tender documents and RFQs received from major EPC.
- Evaluate technical specifications of various equipment and other machineries requested by EPC clients.
- Conduct technical and commercial analyses of OEMs’ quotations and chose the most suitable options that meet clients’ needs.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial documentation for various bids.
- Prepare, delegate responsibility, and review feasibility studies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: BE Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (completed Engineering Management courses is a plus)
- Professional experience: 8 to 10 years (Preferably in the downstream Oil & Gas sector)
- Technical Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Experienced in project planning and scheduling (knowledge of Risk Assessment is a plus)

Mechanical Engineers – 3 job openings
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing, coordinating, and monitoring all aspects of design with regards to piping and mechanical equipment in liaison with CAD designer.
- Reviewing PID’s provided by the process engineers with regards to static and rotating equipment.
- Handling all technical matters related to piping and mechanical (rotating and static) equipment and assisting in the preparation of tenders and setting of the procurement specifications.
- Preparation of test procedures and reports for machinery and pipes.

Electrical Engineers – 3 job openings
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and checking of single lines, panel/cable schedules, cable tray layout, schematics and wiring diagrams, area classification, grounding, lighting, electrical heat tracing, installation details, with minimum supervision.
- Site visits and client meetings to identify and define electrical project scope.
- Review and coordinate electrical design with the other disciplines.
- Produce material take-off and material requisition.
- Review vendor drawings from both an Electrical and Controls perspective.
- Implement the P&ID requirements into electrical and motor control design.
- Preparation under partial supervision of equipment and construction specifications.
- Visit construction/plant sites and prepare detailed reports based on management requirements.

REQUIREMENTS
- Education: BE in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional experience: 3 to 7 years (Downstream Oil & Gas sector experience is a plus).
